Recording Photoshop Actions

Photoshop is considered to be one of the most used programs used in graphic design. Although it has many features, it is not hard to use. All you got to do is to practice and all will come along. By practicing hard enough you will get to know this program in no time.

There are two Photoshop tips you have got to keep in mind when working with Photoshop. These two tips are represented by the Photoshop Actions and color matching using Pantone colors.

For any sort of repetitive task you perform you may setup an action within Photoshop. You may see it as a macro if you are aware of setting up repetitive events in Microsoft Excel. For example, you can stock photos for blog entries, and, even more, you can resize them entirely to be at the same size. After you have done this, you may very well add a white boarder around the photos, more of a frame, being careful about the positioning of it so that it won't intercalate with the text. If you want to do this faster, you may simply record these Photoshop Actions. By doing this, the next time you will be required to do the same actions again; you will be able to do it by a simple mouse click. It is the best way to shorten your process by recording Photoshop Actions. It will make your work easier. And if your work is easier, than you can work more, because by recording Photoshop Actions you manage to save a lot of precious time which can be invested in the creations and the works you are performing in Photoshop.

Many graphic designers prefer to record Photoshop Actions so that they won't be required to do the same actions over and over again.
