When you click the finalize button you will IMMEDIATLY be taken to the Forum Paid Screen (IMPORTANT:DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP):

After you have made payment, you are automatically taken to the registration screen where you pick your username/password. We do not send you this information. If you close the window, this will not happen.

After filling out the registration, you will be sent an email to verify your email address. This email must be replied to before your account is approved, so make sure that you can receive emails from NoBs Photosuccess.

Accounts can take up to 24 hrs for approval (longer if the above steps are not followed). Please read the above over again. If you are not automatically taken to the registration screen, then one of the above steps was not completed.
