How to use the *NoBs Softar Action
Well it's actually very very simple.

First you start with an image and apply the
NoBs softar action.
Just hit the continue button and wait for the Gaussian blur window.
Now using the slider, increase the amount of blur and hit ok.
The action will automatically select the history brush.
Choose your brush size, and opacity.
Now paint back in the areas you wish to remain sharp/sharper
(eyes, mouth, hair)
And that's it.
*The No Bs Softar is a Photoshop Action. It will work in all versions
of Photoshop, BUT NOT Elements.
