Now with the Dodge Tool
,set the range to midtone and
the opacity to 20%. You
can now start whitening the
eyes. Along with the whites
of the eyes, you can also
accentuate the catchlights.
You must make sure that you don't over-do it. If you go too far you will end up with Baby-Doll Eyes. This is where the whites are so white that they look fake. A client will notice this immediately.
You can also switch to the Burn tool
with the same settings and darken the pupils, eyebrows, and the eye-lashes!
Use a small brush size, about one or two pixels, and burn each lash to
make them stand out.

Of course everyone wants nice white shiny teeth. Here's how to give it to them. Using the lasso tool select around the teeth and knockout the yellow within the yellow using Selective Color.
