Workflow Stage 3Basic Image WorkflowCropping Now if you are printing off an inkjet printer like the Epson 7600,2200,2000...... you can even bring yoru resolution way down, as low as 125. NO really, try it. You will not the difference betwixt a 125 dpi image and a 300 dpi image if printed using an ink jet printer such as these. For web-viewing, well everyone knows that the monitor reads 72dpi, so even if you set your image res. at 200dpi, it will not make a difference (the image will only be bigger and slower, not clearer) Now what were we talking about????? ummmmm, oh ya CROPPING!! So, with the forementioned in mind, let's crop our image.
Here you can set your Width, Height, and resolution. I like to work in Inches (in) as it is much easier for me to understand (what size is 600x432 pixels??????????, how the heck would I know?). So, I simply plug in my values depending on the orientation of the image (horizontal/vertical).
