The next mehod is a little more complex. I call it the Quadtone Sepia (and its included with the bootcamp actions).

First convert your image to Grayscale (IMAGE/MODE GRAYSCALE), then convert your image to a Duotone (IMAGE/MODE/DUTONE).

Now in the Duotone Options click the “type” arrow and select “Quadtone”.
